Fixing Tun/Tap Driver issues

Some of the Windows updates may not be compatibile with version of the Tap driver installed on your PC. Please make sure that your operating system is up to date and all latest updates are installed.

If your system is up to date and you still cannot connect to the servers please disable your network card, enable it again and try to connect.

You should also check how many TAP-Win32 V9 Adapters are shown in "Network Adapters". If there is more than one please uninstall all the adapters and try to connect. If you will not able to connect or Tun driver will not appear (after your connection attempt) please reinstall the driver manually as shown below.

Before you start please make sure that SecurityKiss program is closed (Action -> Exit).

Click on Windows search (next to Start), type SecurityKISS and click on Troubleshooting mode.

SecurityKISS program will run in the Troubleshooting mode. Click Option and then Reinstall TUN\TAP Driver.

After the reinstallation click ok and try to connect again.
